Make sure to scan your computer everyday for viruses, spyware, adware, malware, updates,be sure to update all your passwords at least once every three months.  Updating your passwords once a month is better.  Sometimes running these programs can really slow down your computer so before you goto bed set your computer to peform all the scans and shutdown.
