Backup and backup often

Most people do not realize how important it is to back  their computer up until they have severe computer problems.  If your computer is running perfect and your happy with the way it now then we suggest you back it up.  You should do a complete back up at least once a month.  This way if you should ever have to restore your computer it will not be so painful.  Hopefully you will never have to restore your computer, but if for some reason that you do the back ups you peformed will be like money in the bank.  Most corporations have strict policies in place to make sure their data is backed up.  Each back up is usually archived up to a year or more.  Backups are critical to have because without them you can lose everything.  Also it is a good idea to backup your computer before downloading anything.  If you are downloading the latest upgrade to your O/S or browser then perform a mandatory backup.  If there should be a problem with the upgrade, then at least you will have the option of restoring your computer back.
