adware - a slightly less malicious form of
Spyware which usually
displays unwanted pop-up advertisements.
Some
people have adware on the computer and do not even realize
it. They recieve pop up ads constantly and think it is from a
website. You can have this annoying pop up removed. Usually
adware is installed along another free program yuu downloaded. As
we have mentioned in this site before if you are dowloading something
that is free, you may actually be paying for it some other way.
Adware will make a new computer slow. Adware can create
more computer problems than you really want to deal with. Always
make sure your anti-adware protection is updated.
